CISA证书申请流程注意事项

1.在大家完成CISA认证考试并得到顺利PASS的通知之后，会收到一份相关邮件；这封邮件的内容是关于认证申请相关情况的。

一、申请CISA证书，需要满足以下要求：

To earn the CISA certification, candidates are required to:

● Pass the CISA examination (offered worldwide as computer-based testing 1 May – 30 June, 1 August – 30 September and 1 November – 31 December, in 11 languages and at more than 800 locations)

● Submit evidence of a minimum of five years of professional IS auditing, control or security work experience

● Adhere to ISACA’s Code of Professional Ethics

● Adhere to the Information Systems Auditing Standards as adopted by ISACA

● Agree to comply with the CISA Continuing Education Policy

二、CISA证书申请步骤如下：

=1、下载《CISA认证申请表》，申请表格必须在你通过CISA考试之后的5年内提交，逾期无效；

=下载网址http://www.isaca.org/Certification/CISA-Certified-Information-Systems-Auditor/Apply-for-Certification/Pages/default.aspx

2、根据你通过CISA考试的时间，打印你下载的《CISA认证申请表》；

3、申请者用黑色水笔，认真仔细填写《CISA认证申请表》，填写语言必须为英文；

4、《CISA认证申请表》填写完成后，交由你单位领导，核实后签字；

5、收集所有证明文件（工作经验证实表与任何适用的大学成绩单或证书），然后同您完成的《CISA认证申请表》一并邮寄给ISACA （3701 Algonquin Road, Suite 1010 Rolling Meadows, IL 60008-3124 USA ）

6、《CISA认证申请表》填写完成后，把扫描件发送到ISACA认证邮箱certification@isaca.org ；

7、等候ISACA协会的审核,最终顺利获得CISA证书；
